The first of three paintings done in Scott Gellatly’s Craftsy course in which we painted this still life using three palettes.
This was done using a classical palette which included yellow ochre, raw umber, burnt sienna, indian red, terra verse, and ivory black.
Each painting began with an underpainting using burnt sienna shown below.
